Now shud it be the challenger who forfeits or the champion

Well lets think of it this way mx say both people wanna claim link ok both are out on the CC now if one of them shows and the other one doesn't after 7 days then Make the either one of them forfeit. Actually to my extent mx this could be done either way why because if the champion shows up he wins and the challenger doesn't BUT what if like the challenger had a death in the family would you extend that to 8 days or still let them forfeit? Im just saying this could be an issue yes mx however many problems mostly prersonal ones come into play here.

I see but still if there loves one or a searious problem happens that they cnt help we can extend it by another week.
