Cut-Off Date and Responsibilities
Character Championship Weilder:

As the holder of the character championship, it is your job to remain active on the site and be aware of whether or not you have been challenged. If you are busy or unable to complete the match within the duration on 10 days then you will lose your title.

Character Championship Challenger:

It is your duty to inform the weilder that they have a match that needs to be attended. the weilder may use the excuse of not knowing they they had the CC unless it was informed by you as the challenger. If this occasion happens then the date will be extended 2 extra days.

I hope this resolves all problems.
